General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Booking at least one service offered by the micro-business Faustine Geromel implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
A reservation becomes effective upon signing the quote and receiving a deposit corresponding to 20% of the contract. The balance must be paid no later than the day of the service. Payment can be made by bank transfer, check, or cash.
Service #
Only the contract (quote) is binding in terms of date, rate, and program. Weather conditions do not allow the client to cancel the service. In case of unfavorable weather, the outing may be adapted, postponed, or canceled if the guide deems it necessary for safety reasons or to guarantee the quality of the service. The client will then be informed a few days before the service.
The client accepts the possibility that weather, snow conditions, or the level of participants may lead to a modification of the service at any time.
Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal #
In case of cancellation by the client less than 10 working days before the start of the service, the client is required to pay the full cost of the service. In case of cancellation by the client more than 10 working days before the start of the service, the deposit paid will remain acquired and cannot be refunded.
Any cancellation request must be notified in writing (email, SMS, or postal mail).
The services offered by Faustine Geromel are personalized services organized on a specific date. The client is informed that the right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with the provisions of Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
Cancellation by Faustine Geromel #
At any time, a case of force majeure such as weather conditions or forecasts that could seriously impact the safety of participants, or the sudden physical incapacity of the guide, may lead to cancellation by the guide Faustine Geromel. The client will be fully refunded (including the deposit). The client cannot claim any other compensation from the micro-business Faustine Geromel.
Warning #
Participants are individually responsible for their own equipment. The guide(s) cannot be held responsible for any damage caused in case of deterioration or theft of this equipment.
Dispute Resolution #
The parties will endeavor to resolve amicably any disputes that may arise in the execution of the contract. If no agreement can be found, disputes will be governed exclusively by the rules of French law.
